11月14日，由高工锂电、高工产业研究院主办，利元亨总冠名的“千军万马新动力，中国引领全世界——2022高工锂电年会”在深圳前海华侨城JW万豪酒店盛大启幕，利元亨副董事长卢淼 Louise，利元亨研究院院长杜义贤博士等一行出席年会。会上，Louise发表了《感恩同行，持续创新，全球配套，开放共享》的主题致辞，杜义贤博士发表了《长薄化电芯高质量智造整线方案创新》的主题演讲，以下为Louise致辞实录：

尊敬的飞哥，尊敬的企业家朋友，以及一直辛勤奋斗在锂电产业一线的老师们、小伙伴们、好朋友们：

大家早上好！

很高兴一年一度的高工锂电年会在今天启幕，大家克服疫情管控的困难相聚在这里，非常不容易。很荣幸我本人作为总冠名企业利元亨的代表站在这里说几句。

首先，我要真诚的感谢飞哥，感谢高工锂电。

高工这个平台给了我们中国锂电产业人充分交流的机会，让大家的思想得以碰撞，互相学习。我们很多锂电企业因为与高工的合作取得了长足的进步。利元亨这些年的发展与高工的大力支持分不开，与在座很多客户以及产业的小伙伴们、包括我们尊重的友商们同样也分不开。我们无比感恩，感恩大家对利元亨这么多年的包容和支持！！！

这些年，我们锂电产业人很辛苦，非一般的辛苦。因为新能源产业的快速扩张、各项技术的超短周期迭代，成本持续cost down，还有资金投融资的巨大压力，从业者们都非常忙碌。忙碌带给了我们产品不断推陈出新、技术水平不断刷新记录、交付周期不断缩短，忙碌也带给了我们很多问题，掉了一些坑，犯了一些错，我们不断改善、优化、纠偏，甚至推倒重来……我们正开始变得更加强大和更加成熟！

不过，我个人认为我们锂电产业人离我们未来的更伟大的目标还有点儿远，我们要努力的维度还很多，我们追求发展速度的同时更是要追求发展的持久度！这方面，利元亨会向我们卓越的下游客户、优秀的上游合作伙伴以及可敬的友商们好好学习。

随着我们越来越多中国锂电池企业出海，中国电芯产品在全球市场份额比重越来越大、整个锂电产业链从材料、到装备再到电芯产品等等都具备了全球竞争力，现在到了我们锂电产业人携手走出去的重要时刻。利元亨作为中国装备全球化布局的先行者，这些年先后在瑞士、加拿大、德国、美国、波兰、韩国、日本等建立了技术中心、服务中心以及欧美的生产基地。我们利元亨对全球客户来讲至少有六大价值点：一是，持续创新；二是，持续降本；三是，规模交付；四是，高效协作；五是，开放共享；六是，全球配套。

利元亨的工程师学社今年开设了几批国际工程人才语言研修班、海外项目管理研修班，也开展了多次多工种工程技术大赛，涵盖光、机、电、算、软等多个工程师岗位，围绕五大核心技术平台：高速高精控制、感知检测、激光技术、人工智能、数字化信息化等深耕细作。这些动作都是要为我们走出去，打好仗，如何不被白白牺牲做准备，做持续的准备。

我们知道全球市场是一片浩瀚的海洋，我期待我们可以跟大家一起取长补短，经常交流，商讨和共建一些规则与红线，共同降低产业链跨国业务的风险，为出海的中国电池企业提供好装备，保驾护航，也为海外本土新兴的一些电池企业提供优秀的中国技术、中国装备，做好中国服务。

最后，祝愿我们大家远离内卷、疯狂进化，祝愿我们有更多伟大的企业在新时代诞生，因为我们都是在中国经历了冬天的孩子。

On November 14, "2022 Gaogong Lithium-ion Battery Annual Meeting ", sponsored by Gaogong Lithium Battery and Gaogong Industry Research Institute and named by Lyric, was grandly opened in JW Marriott Hotel, Qianhai Overseas Chinese Town, Shenzhen. Louise , Vice Chairman of Lyric, and Dr. Du Yixian, President of Lyric R&D Institute, attended the annual meeting. At the meeting, Louise delivered the keynote speech of "Gratitude for peers, continuous innovation, global support, open sharing", and Dr. Du Yixian delivered a keynote speech of "Innovation of the High-quality Intelligent Manufacturing Whole Line Concept of Long and Thin Battery Cells". Respected Mr. Fei, entrepreneurs, teachers, partners and friends who have been working hard in the front line of lithium-ion battery industry:

Good morning, everyone!

I'm glad that the annual lithium-ion battery annual meeting of Gaogong started today. It's not easy for us to get together here to overcome the difficulties of epidemic control. It is a great honor for me to stand here and say a few words as the representative of Lyric, the general title enterprise.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Fei and Gaogong Lithium.

The platform of Gaogong has given us the opportunity to fully communicate with people in China's lithium-ion battery industry, so that our ideas can collide and learn from each other. Many of our lithium-ion battery enterprises have made great progress due to the cooperation with Gaogong. Lyric's development over the years is inseparable from the strong support of Gaogong, as well as from many customers and industrial partners present here, including our respected friends. We are extremely grateful for everyone's tolerance and support to Lyric for so many years!!!

Over the years, we have been working very hard in the lithium-ion battery industry. Because of the rapid expansion of the new energy industry, the ultra-short cycle iteration of various technologies, the continuous cost down, and the huge pressure of capital investment and financing, practitioners are very busy. Busy brings us new products, new technical levels, and shorter delivery cycles. Busy also brings us many problems. We have fallen into some holes and made some mistakes. We continue to improve, optimize, correct, and even start over again... We are beginning to become stronger and more mature!

However, I personally think that we in the lithium-ion battery industry are still a little far away from our greater goals in the future. We have many dimensions to strive for. We should pursue the speed of development as well as the durability of development! In this regard, Lyric will learn from our excellent downstream customers, excellent upstream partners and respectable friends.

As more and more Chinese lithium-ion battery enterprises go overseas, Chinese battery cell products take an increasing share in the global market. The entire lithium-ion battery industry chain has become globally competitive from materials to equipment to battery cell products. Now it is an important moment for us in the lithium-ion battery industry to go out together. As a pioneer in the global layout of Chinese equipment, Lyric has established technology centers, service centers and production bases in Europe and the United States in Switzerland, Canada, Germany, the United States, Poland, South Korea, Japan, etc. We, Lyric, have at least six values for global customers: first, continuous innovation; Second, continue to reduce costs; Third, large-scale delivery; Fourth, efficient collaboration; Fifth, open sharing; Sixth, global supporting facilities.

This year, Lyric's Engineering Society has opened several groups of language training courses for international engineering talents and overseas project management training courses. It has also carried out many multi type engineering technology competitions, covering multiple engineer positions such as optical, mechanical, electrical, computing, and software. It has concentrated on five core technology platforms: high-speed and high-precision control, perceptual detection, laser technology, artificial intelligence, and digital informatization. These actions are to prepare us for going overseas and compete well, how not to be sacrificed in vain, and how to continue to be prepared.

We know that the global market is a vast ocean. I hope we can learn from each other, communicate frequently, discuss and jointly build some rules and red lines, jointly reduce the risk of transnational business in the industrial chain, provide good equipment and escort for Chinese battery enterprises going overseas, and also provide excellent Chinese technology, Chinese equipment and Chinese services for some overseas and local emerging battery enterprises.

Finally, I wish all of us to stay away from involution, but rather evolve crazily. I hope that more great enterprises will be born in the new era, because we are all children who have experienced winter in China.
